Get in touch
Questions, bug reports, word corrections, or just a hello — we read every message ourselves.
How fast we reply
We’re not a big company with a support desk — we aim to reply within a few days, sooner if something’s actually broken. Say so clearly if it’s urgent.
Your privacy
Whatever you send stays between us — never sold, shared, or added to a mailing list. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Before you write in
What should I include in my message?
Found a bug? Tell us which tool, browser and device you were using — a screenshot helps a lot. Spotted a wrong or missing word? Include the exact word and which list it should (or shouldn’t) appear in. Everything else — feedback, a feature idea, or an advertising/partnership inquiry — just pick it from the dropdown and tell us more in the message.
What can't you help with?
We can fix bugs, correct the dictionary, and take feedback seriously — and we do. What we can’t do is add or remove words from the official dictionaries used by Scrabble, Words With Friends, or Wordfeud; those are controlled by the game publishers, not us. We also can’t settle disputes over a word already played in a match, issue tournament rulings, or act as customer support for those games themselves.
Does my message need to be formal?
Not at all. You don’t need a perfectly worded message or a polished bug report — “this looked broken on my phone” is a completely valid message. We’d rather hear about something in three rough words than not hear about it at all, and small reports (a typo, an odd word, a minor glitch) are always welcome even if they don’t feel worth a whole email on their own.
I have a question about how a tool works — is there a faster answer?
Possibly — check the Shortcode Documentation or the FAQ on our homepage first. If it’s not covered there, don’t hesitate to write in anyway.
